1. Controller of data processing

The controller of data processing is ATHLEX Training ("we"). For any questions related to this policy you can write to soporte@athlextraining.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Registration data: name, email, password (hashed).
  • Sports profile data: age, weight, sex, category, profile photos, and optional strength maxes.
  • Subscription data: customer identifiers and payment status managed by Stripe.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system, and basic logs.

3. Purposes

  • Provide you with training service and personalize plans.
  • Manage authentication (email or Google), subscription, and support.
  • Send operational communications (confirmations, support notices, subscription changes).

4. Legal basis

We process your data to execute the contract (access to the service), comply with legal obligations (billing), and with your consent when applicable (e.g., Google sign-in).

5. Providers that process your data

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and avatar storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscriptions.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Google — sign-in (if you choose that option).

These providers act as data processors and apply their own security and compliance guarantees.

6. Retention

We retain your data while you maintain an active account. When you delete your account, we delete your profile within a maximum of 30 days, except for data required by law to retain (billing, tax).

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to soporte@athlextraining.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD (Spanish DPA)).

8. Cookies

We use technical cookies necessary to maintain your login session, and Google Analytics cookies (with your consent) to measure app usage. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. If there are material changes, we will notify you by email or from the app.
