Yes, prior knowledge is recommended. The program assumes mastery of the movements included this year.

What equipment do I need?+

Standard box: Olympic barbell, dumbbells, sandbag, box jump, ski-erg, or rowing machine.

How long is each session?+

Between 60 and 90 minutes.

What's the difference between ATHX and ATHX PRO?+

PRO has higher work capacity and workouts tend to run a bit longer.
