1. Who we are

ATHLEX Training ("the service", "we") is an online training platform. Contact: soporte@athlextraining.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or subscribing, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Minimum age

You must be at least 14 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you need consent from your parent, guardian, or legal representative.

4. Subscription and payment

• Access to full content requires an active subscription, managed through Stripe.
• Billing occurs on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
• You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period.
• Prorated refunds for partially used periods are not provided, except as required by law.

5. Content usage

Content (routines, methods, texts, images, videos) is owned by ATHLEX Training. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your individual use. Redistribution, republishing, or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

6. Physical training risks

Physical training carries inherent risks. Consult a doctor before starting any program if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury. We are not liable for injuries resulting from content use; you assume all risk and responsibility.

7. User conduct

You agree not to share your account, attempt to access other accounts, reverse-engineer the service, or upload illegal, offensive, or third-party infringing content.

8. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms, if we detect fraudulent activity, or if you stop paying your subscription.

9. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform routine maintenance.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from service use.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after notification constitutes your acceptance.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the courts of your domicile as a consumer have jurisdiction.
